Depending on what movement you've already been doing and your pain level you may want to start with just one or even half a video. Often, especially if you have a chronic condition, pushing ends up moving things backwards rather then forwards so take your time and feel into these moves at a pace that feels good and supportive.
Test a little bit and if you still feel good for the next few days come back and test some more. Note that sometimes the effect won't show up for a few days so you may want to start out slower then you think you need to until you see how you respond. Also it's best to not add in something new if you have a chronic condition and are in a flare.
